I analysed a number of different magazines to help my decide on what genre i want my magazine to be. I analysed an NME magazine as the chart magazine, a Kerrang! magazine as the Rock/punk genre and also a Roucksound magazine as a Rock magazine.
After I'd analysed the different covers, I compared them against each other to further help me decided which genre to chose for my own media text.
